The Multiple Sclerosis Center of Catalonia (Cemcat) wins international recognition by participating in the 2023 annual meeting of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN), presenting results in Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromyelitis Optica and Neuro-oncology.

The Multiple Sclerosis Center of Catalonia (Cemcat) reaffirms its position on the spectrum with the presentation of results and training at the recent annual meeting of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN), held in Boston from the 22nd to April 27. It is an international medical meeting that brings together more than 10,000 professionals, doctors and researchers in Neurology from all over the world during which Cemcat professionals shared knowledge and exchanged experiences with the global clinical and scientific community.


This year, representing Cemcat and the Vall d'Hebron Campus, Dr. Xavier Montalban, director of the center and head of Neurology service, Dra. Helena Ariño and Dr. Georgina Arrambide presented the results of Cemcat projects and actively participated as teachers in various training activities of the congress.
